My
Closet

I've pitched a lot of games over the years with plans to pitch many more. With every pitch, I like to throw together an outfit for the occasion. Enjoy this collection of my outfits so far!

Bite At The Museum

The capstone game that started it all. After moving through the initial pitch and getting prototyped, we had to make it through another round of cuts to get to full production. After the instructors mentioned previous groups setting up big shows for their presentations, I knew I had to do something. The problem was we were doing this fully remote. So after using two computers to be able to view the screen while still getting a good shot via the webcam, Tony the T-Rex was born.

Runaway Robbers

While developing the prototype for Runaway Robbers, we were given a $50 budget. We bought a set of buttons and a couple LED strips but we were able to get the wood and paints from a local makerspace. This meant we still had a decent amount of budget leftover. So, with permission from our instructor, I put together the outfit for Robert Banks (his friends call him Rob) using the remainder of our budget and presented as him for the rest of the semester.

Hot Dogs

Hot Dogs was a two-week game jam made by four people with hopes to continue work if we ever find the time. Meant to warm us up from our summer break, it was a really fun but quick project that did introduce one of my favorite outfits, Doug the Dog.

And of course, a special appearance from my beautiful twilight princess, Midna. She cameo'd during this presentation to everyone's delight.

Cardboard Chronicles

A prototype that turned into our thesis game that we're currently in full production of, Cardboard Chronicles was a playful little experience testing a few mechanics to see what was fun. There was a big push on this because we needed to get enough interest from the class to pull at least 6 other students off their prototypes and onto ours. That responsibility fell to one of my dumbest outfits yet, Sir Lancelottacardboard. This took hours to build but we got through so we'll say it was worth it.
